Boss Bidet Bold Knob

plastic handle sucks, terrible design, a junk part,

We ordered Chrome Knobs for our Boss Bidet and we received Gold Knobs instead…lack of attention to detail when fulfilling the order directly reflects the lack of interest to meet your customers needs

I only gave 4 stars because the original handle broke less than a year after we got the bidet. It is very convenient to be able to get replacements but why is this part plastic? Someone bumped into it and the handle just shattered.
