The Dual Temperature Adaptor intakes hot and cold water. The internal thermostat regulator is designed to calculate and spray the most comfortable water temperature. Unlike standard hot water bidets, this prevents burning the user and drying out the skin. It also requires one less hose allowing for a cleaner bathroom finish.

Yes. If you purchased the Dual Temperature model and can not access the hot water valve, you can still use your bidet with cool water. Follow the directions on the back of the manual for the alternative single-temperature connection.

The BossBidet has retractable nozzles with a cover guard. There is also a nozzle sanitizer feature. When turned on, both nozzles will get washed to remove any leftover residue. This helps ensure that every spray that comes at you is freshwater and nothing else. The Boss Bidet toilet attachment is a much more hygienic way of cleaning vs. a hose sprayer bidet.

Fixed toilet connectors are not common but are very simple to swap out without any plumbing experience. You will need to purchase a flexible toilet connector hose which is affordable and available at your local hardware store. Six (6) inches should be enough.

Step 1: Turn off the water
Step 2: Loosen top and bottom nuts. Remove the fixed connector.
Step 3: Install the flexible connector and tighten the nuts.
Step 4: Turn on the water.

You can easily replace it by yourself without a plumber in less than 5 minutes. You will need to use the wrench to loosen the pipe. Be sure to turn the water off.
