10. How can I contact Boss Bidet?
11. I have a fixed pipe toilet connector, how can I install my Bidet?
Fixed toilet connectors are not common but are very simple to swap out without any plumbing experience. You will need to purchase a flexible toilet connector hose similar to the one in this link. Select the length you want. Six inches should be enough.
Step 1: Turn off Water
Step 2: Loosen top and bottom nuts. Remove the fixed connector.
Step 3: Install the flexible connector and tighten nuts.
Step 4: Turn on the water.
You can easily replace it by yourself without a plumber in less than 5 minutes. You will need a wrench and be sure to turn the water off.
12. Do you have left hand bidets?
Yes, we offer the Boss Bidet Luxury White & Luxury Black in a left-handed model.
How do I adjust the nozzles spray so they do not spray between the toilet seat and toilet bowl?
To make sure the jets hit the right spot, you can adjust the circular rings until the nozzle sprays are aligned to specific body parts. For example, if it's hitting too far back, you can rotate to move it up slowly and vice versa. Always remember to make sure the nozzles are aligned and centered so it shoots straight.
The nozzles are not going down when I turn it on. Does it have to do with my water pressure? What is the recommended water pressure?
The recommended pressure range for the bidet to work is 30 - 70 PSI.
How do I fix the gap between the toilet seat?
1) Try rotating the circular rings on the bidet to different positions (make sure the nozzles stay centered) to reduce the gap.
2) If the gap is big, and you’re set on keeping your toilet seat, toilet bumpers are your best option. It will not close the gap but it will give the seat something to rest on so that it's not jumping up and down every time someone sits on it. If you want to remove the gap, I would suggest swapping out the toilet seat.
